Goin' to the Chapel

You make recognize this gorgeous lady from her engagement photos on the bridge back in April.... you know, the one where I was hired to catch the sweet moments of her boyfriend proposing. That one. She was a doll to let me take her bridal portrait. I had a BLAST on this shoot. The wedding was today, so I can finally show these off. Shelley... to say you make a beautiful bride is an understatement. I'm so very thankful for your friendship. Congrats to you and Chad!!!

Here we have one of my favorite couples ever.... what a fun shoot! Casey & Marcie wanted photos taken for their 3 year wedding anniversary. They actually got engaged on this bridge. What a fun couple to shoot.... hope you love these as much as I do! The Nashville mural is one of my favorite things in all of Nashville....

What I Like About You

This photo shoot was one of those dear-to-my-heart ones. The three kids below belong to my oldest/longest friend, Courtney. She and I met when I was 5.... and we've been friends ever since. So these kiddos are beyond special to me. I just adore them. Courtney is pregnant with #4 (I have some SERIOUS catching up to do...) and I can't wait to meet the new little one. The teenage beauty in some of these photos is their cousin, Kaitlin. Grandma hired me to take pics of all the kids. What a BLAST this shoot was! Courtney... you are a true BFF. Love you, friend!!

Strike a Pose, There's Nothing To It

Hey blog world. I've been busy shooting... finally updating the blog again. Here are my cousin Carley's senior photos. You may remember her from prom photos a few months ago. Seriously.... this girl was born to model. And it doesn't hurt that she's gorgeous. Her little brother came along for a few photo opps... he was thrilled about it, I'm sure. Enjoy!

Summer Lovin'... Happened So Fast

Part Two of the beach vacation shots. I hate it that these kids were all so entirely shy and didn't pose for my camera. It's a shame, really.

Summer Lovin'... Had Me a Blast

This one's going to be a two-parter (is that a word?) There are so many great shots I got from my summer vacation to Hilton Head, SC. I go every year with some of the most amazing families I know. Beauty school dropout....

What I'm NOT showing you = the pictures of me after they played beauty shop with my nails/face. I had 14 layers of nail polish on, and some mean blue eye shadow. Dead sexy. And I loved every minute of it. I now have a spot of purple nail polish on my camera. And I'm keeping it there. It makes me happy.
